Ms. Minton is a nationally recognized award-winning health and lifestyle advocate by the United States President's Council on Fitness Sports and Nutrition. An author, celebrity interviewer, social impact exec turned real estate pro. She began her journey in the kitchen of her home and created a path that led her to one of the most beautiful spaces - The White House. It's where she covered Former First Lady Michelle Obama's White House Kids' State Dinner.
A bona fide risk-taker at heart, CC boldly leaped out of her corporate career and created a lifestyle as a stay-at-home mom. Over the years, she sought out a number of homes and investments in support of the family. Due to a change in status, Ms. Minton stepped out on her own, downsized, and began creating a portfolio that includes renovating an 1889 historic home. Establishing roots in the hot Dallas market as an investor, as she indulged in the purchase of a second home. After purchasing land in the Southwest region, she is in the process of developing an outside space called The Community House.
She is a former member of the Board of Trustees at Friends of Edison National Historical Park and the residence of Glenmont.

A recipient of the President's Council on Fitness, Sports, and Nutrition Leadership Award chaired by NFL Drew Brees and Olympian Dominique Dawes, CC is an author, media personality, and social impact executive. She continues her mission to empower people to make lifestyle choices using passion, and purpose. She credits her humanitarian efforts and experiences in the community for defining her purpose in the world.
Health and Lifestyle in The Big Apple
CC gave voice to her experiences becoming Health and Lifestyle Editor at Harlem World Magazine where she elevated the conversation about health, fitness, and lifestyle. Curating content for Up Close with CC Minton, conversations with high-profile notables include personal interviews with Kevin Hart, NBA Champion Ron Artest, Judge "Greg" Mathis, Forbes Top Teen Entrepreneur Mikaila Ulmer, and International Chef Marcus Samuelsson just to name a few. She has covered NYC charity events whose guests included B-Smith, Cicely Tyson, Common, Nick Cannon, and Alicia Keys. CC's charismatic personality has earned her spots on Daytime Emmy Award, The Chew, Dr. Oz Show, and Anderson Live.

Author
A best kid's book author, CC combined story-telling with a family recipe and wrote Daddy's Greek Potato Pie (a book about healthy eating. She has appeared as a guest author at Whole Foods Market, The Apollo Theater Healthy Soul Festival, schools, libraries, and private events. She is currently writing Passionately Focused. A memoir about her journey from the kitchen to The White House.
Social Impact Exec
Her love for the community is at the center of what she does as a humanitarian and is home to where she finds her passion for the people. CC is the Inaugural and Immediate Past President of the Board at Stevenson Moses Boxing for Life where she provided strategic leadership by working with the Board and other management to establish long-range goals, strategies, plans, and policies. Stevenson and Moses Boxing for Life was founded by the 2016 Olympic Silver Boxing Medalist/Professional Boxer Shakur Stevenson and Olympic and NJ Hall of Fame Boxing Coach Wali Moses.
CC served on the Junior League's Board of Governance, Co-Chaired A Spring Affair House Tour & Boutique, and is a former member of the West Orange Board of Education Wellness Council. Participating as a guest panelist at the Jack and Jill of America Childhood Obesity Forum and hosting a Walk and Talk event with the YMCA had an impact on the community at large.

Invited by the Press Office of First Lady Michelle Obama, CC covered The Kids' State Dinner in the East Room and outside in The White House Kitchen Garden. Co-hosting the first Team USA Olympic Day sanctioned event in the City of Newark, participants experienced a worldwide celebrated day of festivities and learning about Olympic values.
