A media contributor, CC's charismatic personality has earned her spots on The Chew and Dr. Oz all in the name of healthy eating.   An author, voted best book author NJ, and speaker, she has appeared at the Just Food Conference at Teacher's College Columbia University, Healthy Soul Festival at the World's Famous Apollo Theater, Whole Foods Market, schools, libraries, and private events.  CC has motivated crowds as large as 500 to raise funds for the cause of healthy and fitness.

On Sunday, November 1, 2015, fifty thousand runners took to the streets to run the New York City Marathon. The event kicked off in Staten Island and ended in Central Park.
