Ms. Minton is a nationally recognized award-winning lifestyle advocate by the US President's Council on Fitness Sports and Nutrition. She began her journey in the kitchen of her home and created a path that led her to one of the most prominent address -  White House.  It's where she attended Former First Lady Michelle Obama's White House Kids' State Dinner.

A bona fide risk-taker at heart, CC boldly leaped out of her corporate career and lived the soft life for close to two decades as a stay-at-home mom.  Over the years, she sought out a number of homes and investments in support of the family.  Due to a change in status from the Mrs. to Lady of the House, she stepped out on her own, downsized, and began creating a portfolio that includes renovating an 1889 historic home. Establishing roots in the hot Dallas market as an investor, as she indulged in the purchase of a second home.  Purchasing land in the Southwest region, she is in the process of building a special space.

CC is currently the president of a New York City based magazine where she created a space in a place where readers live their best life and style around the block around the world. A New York City conversationalist who has connected with voices from Harlem to the Hamptons and even across the pond, she has interviewed and had conversations with comedian Kevin Hart, talk show host Tamron Hall, Judge "Greg" Mathis, Broadway Tony award-winning Baayork Lee and FiFi award winning luxury perfume bottle designer Marc Rosen just to name a few. Her charismatic personality has earned her spots on Daytime Emmy Award TV The Chew, Dr. Oz and CBS Anderson Live, and Dr. Oz just to name a few.

CC Minton’s passion for people is at the center of what she does to impact lifestyles both nationally and internationally.  She co-hosted the first Team USA Olympic Day sanctioned event in the City of Newark, took the lead as chairperson for the Junior League’s Teen Health and Nutrition Initiative while lending her voice as a guest panelist at the Jack and Jill of America Childhood Obesity Forum in Washington DC. She is a Best Kid’s Book author who has appeared at Whole Foods Market, The World’s Famous Apollo Theater Healthy Soul Festival, schools, libraries, and private events
