Daddy's Greek Potato Pie (a book about healthy eating), is written by NJ Best Kids' Book Author, Founder and Lady of the House, CC Minton. She implemented her philanthropic reach to the country of Uganda. Through a generous family contribution, books were shipped to the children of Uganda through the Kimote Foundation, an organization who caters to vulnerable people by engaging children in the community to music, art, drama and wellness programs.

The House of Minton has taken Daddy's Greek Potato Pie to the next level by creating an opportunity for its clients to share in the philanthropic gift of giving. During National Nutrition Month in March and National Childhood Obesity Month in September, books are purchased and shipped to children inthe US and abroad.
